Concrete NDT Equipment
A wide range of Non-Destructive NDT Testing Instruments for Concrete, such as Windsor HP Probe, Windsor Pin System, Concrete Rebound Hammers, Bond Testers, Anchor Test System, HR Rebar Locator, Rebar DataScan, Gecor System, and Portable Impact-Echo System as well as other Ultrasonic, Corrosion, Moisture, Temperature Testing Devices.
Freeze Thaw Tester CDF CIF
Durability is, after the strength of the material, one of the most important properties of concrete. Qualitest's CDF/CIF test set-up enables the freeze-thaw test to be carried out in accordance with most national and international standards such as ASTM and CDF recommendations from RILEM. The advantage of this test method is in the very good reproducibility of the results that are given. The CDF/CIF tester fully conforms to ASTM C666-96, EN-12390-9, EN 13581, CDF RILEM TC 117 FDC, CIF RILEM TC 176 IDC, Cube Test, DIN 4226, DIN 52104.
Slab Tester - Freeze Thaw Tester
Qualitest's Slab Tester is a temperature and time controlled frost-thaw test system. The Slab Freeze Thaw Tester is designed to accommodate specimen testing for freezing in air and thawing in air or water. The tester conforms to several European and international standards. The Slab tester is not only used for concrete testing but also for testing of natural stones and tile-glues.
Viskomat NT, Mortar, Cement and Fine Concrete Rheometer
The Viskomat NT is a versatile rotational viscometer for determining the workability of fine grained building materials such as cement paste, mortar, fine concrete, plaster etc. with maximum particle size of 2 mm.
Mortar, Cement and Fresh Concrete (8mm grain size) Rheometer, Viskomat XL
The Viskomat XL is a versatile rotational viscometer for determining the workability of building materials such as mortar, cement and fresh concrete (up to 8mm grain size). The Viskomat XL is filling the gap between the Viskomat NT for mortar and paste with a specimen volume of 360 ml and the con¬crete rheometer BT2 with a sam¬ple vol¬ume of 20l.
Concrete Rheometer BT2
The BT2 is a compact rheometer for fresh concrete. Opposite to the spread table method the BT2 concrete rheometer tests the concrete at various loads. The unique design of the BT2 Concrete rheometer avoids structural breakdown and segregation during measuring. The BT2 is a small, powerful stand alone and easy to use equipment.
Shrinkage Cone - Cement and Concrete shrinkage and expansion tester
The Shrinkage cone is designed with a double wall metal vessel for easy heating and cooling using an external liquid temperature control unit. A laser beam measures the very early shrinkage and expansion of building materials, cement and concrete: touch free and with 1 micron resolution
Shrinkage Drain – Cement and Concrete shrinkage and expansion tester
The Shrinkage Drain system is one of several instruments that Qualitest offers to measure the volume change during the setting and hardening of Concrete and other Building material. Mortar and Concrete changes in volume during setting and hardening; there are a number of factors that ifluence the shrinkage / expansion during this process such as; temperature changes, drying, van-der-Waals forces between small high surface particles, growing and shape changing of crystals and volume change of aggregates.
Thin Layer Shrinkage System – Cement and Concrete shrinkage and expansion tester
Some building materials like self-leveling flooring compounds ore plasters are applied in thin layers. These fast setting mortars set and harden within a couple of hours and subsequent drying of such a thin layer is generally terminated after the first day. In order to investigate the dynamics of early shrinkage and expansion Qualitest offers the Thin Layer Shrinkage System.
Bending Drain – Cement and Concrete shrinkage and expansion tester
The Bending Drain measures the shrinkage and bending of building materials during the setting and hardening process. The Bending Drain can also be used in simulating how the building material reacts to built in features such as real world electrical floor heating.
