XLW (PC) Auto Tensile Tester

PC Auto Tensile Tester is applicable to the test of physical mechanical properties to plastic films, laminated films, flexible packaging materials, adhesives, adhesive tapes, pressure sensitive tape, rubber, paper, aluminum-plastic boards and so on. It can do the test of tensile, tensile resistance and elongation ratio test, hot seal strength, tearing strength, 180 degree peel (include T peel), and 90 degree peel. This equipment is designed and manufactured based on mechanical-electrical integration according to GB/T 17200 and each function fully conforms to relative test standards.

Unit construction

This tensile tester is made up with force load cell, transmitter, micro-processor, load driver, computer and printer. LCD displays data. Seven speeds are available. It is designed based on human engineering.

Functions

Computer with the special software controls the equipment, display curves and results during the full test process. Outstanding functions of software include multiple analysis of batch of test curves, rated tensile and elastic modulus which enable users to obtain the quality controlling parameters.
