HT-200 portable hardness tester is our top-of-the-line rebound type hardness tester capable of measuring the hardness of a broad variety of metals on flat and round surfaces. This instrument comes with interchangeable impact probe and digital display as well as extended memory function (storage capacity: 999 readings). After obtaining data at the test site, the unit can generate a printout via the built-in printer to or be connected to a PC via USB interface for further analysis and printing the test data as desired. HT-200 is the high-end leebs rebound-type portable hardness tester, and an ideal solution for metallic hardness measurements with conversions to HLD, HRC, HRB, HB, HV, and HS. The measuring accuracy is +/- 0.5%.
Our hardness testers cover a broad range of applications in industry and supply the required test results, in almost every application, where fixed hardness testers can not be used. These portable hardness testers conform to ASTM A956 standard. The minimum requirements that have to be met in order to achieve accuracy with TH160, are minimum thickness of 3/8" (10mm) and weight of 11lb (5kg) for the samples.
