Multi Mode Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge - MMX-7

The MMX-7 has all features of the MX & MMX gauges with some additional features and advantages. Selectable Large Digits and B-Scan display options. An Internal data logger that stores a total of 12,000 readings and waveforms, 64 user custom definable setups, selectable transducer table for improved linearity, thru paint mode with the single press of a button, multiple calibration and material selection options, and selectable low, med, or high gain options. This is all nicely packaged in a very mini portable aluminum extrusion for extra durability, not to mention, portability! The MVX/PVXview or java based PC software makes this thing a complete kit, and then some!

Use the Multi-Mode (Echo-Echo mode) feature to measure tanks and tubing with or without paint and coatings with a built-in automatic gain control. The time-based B-Scan feature of the MMX-7 displays a cross section of the test material. It is commonly used to display the profile of the bottom surface of the test material. Selectable low, medium, and high gain settings offer the inspector multiple gain options a variety of materials. The variety of calibration options is just one more example of the MMX-7's versatility. Store up to 64 custom setups. Factory setups are available for common applications.

MMX-7 is equipped with an alpha-numeric data logger to provide increased versatility for those custom reporting needs. Built-in transducer types offer increased linearity between transducer frequencies and diameters. The Fast Scan feature provides a better representation during the scanning process, by making 32 measurements per second. Remove the transducer from the test material to display the thinnest measurement found. Use the visual and audible alarm to set Hi and Lo limits to signal the inspector when the measurements are out of tolerance. The MMX-7 also comes complete with our Windows® PC software for transferring data to and from a PC. Viewing B-Scans and general measurements, set break-points, view statistics, and export files into excel. 2 year limited warranty.
