The new A-Scan Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge - PVX Precision A-Scan Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is the latest addition to our precision line of instruments. It's equipped with a ton of features and capabilities to handle all those critical applications requiriing that extra precision. The PVX uses a variety of transducer types including pencil, standard delay line, and contact styles. All those applications with minimum access or contact areas, are a perfect fit for the PVX using our pencil style transducers with complete confidence and accuracy!
The combination of our PVX and special graphite delay line transducer handles all those thin plastics applications with ease. If you're faced with a number of different types of applications from thick materials to very thin materials, simply switch transducers and go to work! The alpha numeric data storage and PC software included with the PVX has your reporting requirements covered.
Adjustable square wave pulser provides the flexibility necessary for both high resolution and penetration requirements. Selectable viewing options provide the user with additional flexibility during operation: (RF waveform, +/- Rectified waveform, and Large Digits with Scan Bar.
Time based B-Scan feature displays a cross section of the test material. Displays the profile of the opposite surface of the material.
Adjustable resolution settings add to the A-Scan Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge - PVX Precision A-Scan Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge’s flexibilty.
