TH-170
is the newest addition to our range of portable rebound hardness
testers, with updated and advanced features, following Leebs
principle. The main new features of TH-170 includes the use
of regular AAA batteries, USB interface for data transfer
to your PC or printer, automatic identification of impact
direction which reduces your meauring errors as a result of
wrong settings, backlight display for use in dark areas, and
much more.
TH-170
Hardness Tester, with integrated Universal D Impact device,
utilizes state-of-the-art micro-electronic technology, comes
with a pocket sized carrying case and incorporates a hardness
impact probe, microprocessor and data display in a single,
compact unit.
TH-170
provides exceptional reliability for a wide measuring range,
and is capable of automatically converting and displaying
measurements into Brinell, Rockwell, Leebs, Vickers and Shore
hardness values.
Conforming
to ASTM A956 standard, the new TH-170 Portable hardness tester
covers an extensive range of applications in the industry
and supply the required test results, in almost every application,
where bench-top hardness testers can not be used. As a result
of following the Leebs rebound principle, the minimum requirements
that have to be met in order to achieve accuracy with TH170,
are minimum thickness of 3/8" (10mm) and weight of 11lb
(5kg) for the samples. If your samples are thin or light-weight,
you may consider our advanced Computest
portable hardness tester.
The
new design of TH-170 with higher quality and more ergonomic
handling, together with many advanced features, makes TH170
a competitive and top-contender rebound hardness tester on
the market.
Efficiently
supported by our Qualitest in-house service department, TH170
is a product which offers an unbeatable price/performance
ratio to our customers.
