ToniVIB is now used as an alternative method for the fabrication of mortar specimens under ASTM C109. It is an accepted fully automatic specimen preparation machine, allowing your technicians to set up the specimens and walk away. ToniVIB will ensure highly accurate and repeatable test specimens to increase your test production and results. The table operates with a free swinging vibration plate driven by a magnetic vibrator with a frequency of 3000 oscillations per minute. The user can control the oscillation amplitude, variable from 0.4mm to 1mm. A timer is also included with the unit to ensure time lapse accuracy. Accessories for the ToniVIB include clamping devices, triple-gang moulds and a feeding hopper. A number of different moulds for standardized testing are available.
