Automatic Mortar Mixer

ToniMIX is the perfect tool for preparation of mortar and cement samples. It is programmed with automatic mixing procedures according to ASTM C305, EN 196 T1, ISO 679, and DIN 1164 standards. ToniMIX design features very rigid and durable construction for repeated laboratory use. The mixing arm is driven by a planetary transmission with a toothed belt drive for silent and low maintenance operation. The motor speed is controlled electronically to adhere to standard mixing methods. The ToniMIX also uses measured mortar and water containers that will only allow standardized quantities for the mortar preparation.
