For efficient quality control on building materials on construction materials, preferably for quality control tasks on concrete specimens.
Design: Rigid four-column load frame in space-saving compact design. It has a base mounted actuator with plunger piston. The hardened piston and cylinder are microfinished. The piston is equipped with a protecting gap and stroke indicator. Hydraulic elements, servo valve and pressure oil unit (pump delivery 1.4 l/min) are directly installed in the base of the load frame. Volume of oil tank 6 l. The Control column is attached at the right side with integrated power supply aggregates and measuring and control system. The ToniTROL mounted on top.
ToniTROL 'Standard' (Model 0510.010)
The ToniTROL is a computer-controlled measuring and control system for the functions measuring, controlling, monitoring, and evaluating of building material testing machines. It is stored in a compact box including all operating and control elements. Operating system on FlashPROM storage; for input and output functions there are four RS232 interfaces and one centronic interface available. The RAM storage is 256 KByte; which is sufficient for 100 test sequences and approx. 500 test results. Basic version prepared for the connection of three load frames for load controlled test performances. Limited extendable with further software extensions for load controlled tests. It is extendable to ToniTROL 'Expert'.

- Programming of test sequences (load ramps up to specimen’s fracture)
- Fracture detection and limiting values adjustable via software
- Possibility to enter dimension and weight of specimen as well as sample identification number

| 0510.204 | ToniDAT - Universal file interface for bi- or uni-directional data transmission between ToniTROL and PC. The test results of the ToniTROL are transferred to the PC and filed for external data processing, for instance by Microsoft Excel®. The output range of the test results can be restricted to certain values and order by individual choice. The file storage can be defined for a single test sample as well as a serial of samples with the opportunity to refresh and continue existing files. The data transfer from ToniTROL to PCcan be done online or offline. The data are latched in the ToniTROL meanwhile. The test results of the ToniTROL can be transferred and then filed in ASCII format online. Therefore a parameter file needs to be configured; the application works free of interaction in the background (running from Windows 95® up to Windows XP®). Additionally ToniDAT is prepared to handle a file exchange interface from ToniTROL to external LIMS systems. Prepared sample data can be transferred from LIMS to ToniDAT pre-specified in advance. The samples appear in a select list in ToniDAT to be forwarded step by step to the ToniTROL for the required test procedure. |
