The Quali-TT Series Torsion Tester offers a standard torque capacity of up to 2,000 Nm (17,700 in lb). This robust industrial frame provides maximum stiffness and has the capability to test specimens up to 550 mm (21.65 in) in length and 30 mm (1.18 in) in diameter.

CTS-600 Digital control system is specially designed for force, displacement and deformation closed loop control of static material testing machines. All digital, multi-channel, multitasking control system with high resolution and high accuracy control and data acquisition rate with synchronization of all channels.


  • Resolution up to ± 500, 000.
  • Up to 4 or 8 measuring and control channels
  • Several CPUs parallel work with high speed, realizes multi-task parallel operation in real time.
  • Visible PID adjustment: immediately displays the result of PID, make the PID no longer be “Invisible and untouchable”.
  • Use the computer and Windows system PnP (Plug and Play) to identify the plug boards automatically.
  • Expandable design: Several load/deformation sensors can be expanded on one machine.
  • Up to 576k baud rate communication realizes quick and large amount of data exchange between computers.
  • Automatic transducer recognition, calibration and balancing, greatly speeds up the testing process and ensures consistent and accurate data.
  • Automatic identification: after the specimen is fractured, automatically identify it and stop the machine to enter the next testing procedure.
  • The control system includes an optional digital hand operated wheel with additional functions for easy setting of the test. The crosshead or crosshead speed is continuously adjustable. .
  • Automatic recognition of all transducers by sensor plug with transducer coding. The recognition includes all set up and calibration data. Each sensor plug stores the information in a flash EPROM.
  • Controller settings can be saved as a system file, user only need to load the system setting file to new controller if current controller is fail.
