Universal Compression Frame – UNITESTER

UNITESTER features with a very rigid two column frame, with the upper crossbeam which can be adjusted in height and locked in position with locknuts. The base cabinet houses the load jack, D.C. motor and electronic controls. The machine, which is suitable for a wide range of tests such as CBR, Marshall, Quick Triaxial, Unconfined, Splitting Tensile tests, etc, has to be completed with accessories in the analogical or digital version. In the digital version, the load and displacement transducers have to be connected to the Digimax Plus 76-Q0802/C

Accessories

The frame has to be completed conforming to the test to be performed. Two options available: analogical and the more advanced digital. Very often this machine is used for both CBR and Marshall Tests either in the Analogical or Digital mode.

34-T0013/3C - CBR penetration assembly including adjustable penetration piston, Dial gauge 10x0.01 mm and dial gauge holder:
The piston, 49.6 mm dia. with hardened surface, is fitted with a locking collar and a threaded extension for the connection to the load ring. The dial gauge holder can be easily laterally adjusted to fit any type of moulds or reference anvil

82-T1009/C - Load Measuring Ring 50kN (11,200 lbf) Capacity:
The accuracy is held within the ± 1% over the 80 % of the full scale.

34-T0107/CBR Test set to perform the CBR test in Digital Mode:
In the digital configuration, the load is measured by a 50 kN (11200lbf) cap., strain gauge load cell and the penetration by a 25 mm travel linear transducer. The set is completed by the penetration piston, adjustable transducer holder, guide bracket, adapter and connector.

76-B0033 stability mould confirming to EN/ASTM standard

76-B0034 Flow meter: Fitted with a dial gauge 10 x 0.01 mm. The metal stand a stem brake to indicate maximum deflection.
